Designed the user journey for Hireguide's NLP-powered structured interviewing platform — guide builder, real-time interview assist, and scorecard review. The patented technology (US12106056B2) was acquired by HireVue in March 2026.
Built for blue-collar and early-career workers who've never written a resume. Profreshly uses voice capture — nine questions, spoken answers — to generate a professional work profile from scratch. From there it tailors that profile to any job posting and outputs a custom resume and cover letter ready to submit.
